Visiting a sugar bush farm is a great way to spend the day!!

Open Saturdays in March (3, 10, 17, 24, 31) and  March break (12-16) from 8:30-3:30. Come with family and friends to enjoy a delicious meal and take a FREE sugar bush tour to see how maple syrup is produced.

TEA’S ON US! 
Join us on Wednesday, March 14th along your favourite stuffed animal or doll, for the Ariel and Jack Sparrow Tea party at The Pen Centre!

This fun, community event is for kids accompanied by a parent. Treats will be served and activities include crafts, story time, etiquette lessons, character meet and greet and photo area.

Parties are expected to last approximately one hour and tickets will be required for admission. Pre-registration is required for our two seatings at 10am and 1pm. Obtain your free ticket today by registering, in person only, at the Pen Guest Services Desk.

Hurry, parties fill quickly so be sure to register to secure your seating.

 

JUNIOR CHEF!

Learn to create and enjoy your own tasty nutritious lunch at Junior Chef: Foodie Tuesday with Chef Darren Stoute on March 13th.

Pre-registration is required for our two sessions. Obtain your free ticket today by registering, in person only, at the Pen Guest Services Desk. Two seatings are available @ 11am &
1pm in Event Court.

Lunch ingredients graciously supplied by Zehrs Pen Centre.

 

KIDS PAINTING

Calling all kids! Get your paint brushes ready and bring home your very own work of art! Area Artist Kim Overholt will be guiding young artists through paint classes in Event Court for a special commission. Just bring yourself and we’ll supply the rest!

Pre-registration is required for our two sessions. Obtain your free ticket today by registering, in person only, at the Pen Guest Services Desk.

Session 1 – 10am to 11am – Ages 5 to 8 years of age
Session 2 – 1pm to 2pm – Ages 8 to 12 years of age

 

Cheap movie anyone?

Hey March Break Movie Lovers! If you want to get in on March Break movies for only $3, make sure you reserve your seats in advance as these shows are sure to fill up! Don’t forget, $1 from your ticket purchase goes to Kids Help Phone and you will receive Landmark Cinemas + Boston Pizza coupons! Pen Centre will be showing Wonder, Ferdinand, and Paddington 2.

Niagara Falls History Museum 

Come to the Museum this March Break to for an educational and entertaining week of activities!

Miss T the Bubble Queen will be on site to host the Bubbleology Show – an entertaining and educational show that pushes the barriers of science to create a mixture of wonder, visual art, science, and magic all together. Showtimes are at 11am & 1pm March 13-16. Afterwards take a journey through the museum, make a winter-themed craft and complete a scavenger hunt, then finish the day off with a movie at 3pm.
